Norm is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly the Franklin Pierce Law Center), and has practiced as an an In House attorney for the past 16 years.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Norm was decorated as a Gulf War Army Helicopter pilot, and helped to protect our nation's security interests around the world.  Norm was also elected to the bench in 2009, and currently serves a Town Justice for the Town of Colonie (www.judgemassry.com).
